Additional Information:
• Purchase Order and a credit card to secure the order are required for label proofing

• All labels must comply with all FDA requirements which state that all labels must include the product ingredients and distributor information (company name, city, state, and zip code) Additional information such as Nutritional Facts and additional contact information are suggested, but not required.
