We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $100.00 (before applicable taxes) that are shipped via FedEx Ground within the continental U.S. This special is not valid for orders under $100.00 (before applicable taxes) and/or orders that are shipped by any method other than FedEx Ground within the continental U.S.

Shipping Information
We ship via FedEx Ground within the U.S. unless otherwise specified. If you need your order faster, please select one of FedEx´s expedited options. Shipping and handling charges are additional to product prices and are based on the total weight of your order. Please be sure to supply us with a valid delivery address as FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Also, be sure to indicate whether the shipping address is a business or residential address to avoid delays in shipment. Once you have finished shopping and proceed to checkout, enter the zip code to which your products will be shipped and your total shipping will be immediately calculated before you place your order.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Actual shipping time depends on availability of merchandise and credit verification. We are usually able to process and ship your order within one business day of receipt. If there is a problem or delay with your order, we will contact you immediately via email. Please check the FedEx Ground map which will indicate how many business days it will take for your order to arrive once it has been shipped.

* Check your order promptly upon receipt. If there is any damage to your product(s), leave the package intact, and notify us via email within 72 hours of receipt of the package so we can make proper arrangements.

Weekend and Holiday Orders - Please Read Carefully!
* Orders processed on Friday may not be fulfilled until the following Monday as our warehouse is closed on the weekends. Holiday hours will fluctuate based on the day of the week the holiday falls. Please check our home page or email customer service for more details.

Orders Outside of the Continental United States - Please Read Carefully!
* If you are located outside the continental U.S., please contact us before placing your order so that we can work out a shipping option that will be best for you. All Hot N' Bottled will gladly ship orders going to an international or APO address via the United States Postal Service. For your convenience, we offer Express Mail and Priority Mail services. All duties and fees for international orders are calculate separately by the carrier and must be paid by the recipient of the order upon delivery. For orders shipped via USPS: all late delivery, damage, and/or loss claims must be filed by the recipient of the package. All Hot N' Bottled will not be responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse.
